Telos Alliance and Syndicate of Sounds are teaming up to showcase multichannel audio at the NAB Show.
The companies will feature the Déjà Vu stereo-to-5.1 audio upmixing technology. At this year’s show, the audio demonstration will even have its own dedicated space.

Déjà Vu is a plugin-based solution available in VST, AU, and AAX formats, making it compatible with most broadcast and production platforms, playout software applications, streaming encoders and digital audio workstations. The technology is also integrated into some Telos Alliance Z/IPStream R/20 streaming encoder hardware and Z/IPStream X/20 streaming software.
Frank Foti, founder of Syndicate of Sounds and chairman of Telos Alliance, said that the Déjà Vu demonstration was so popular at Telos’ booth during last year’s show that it will have its own space in “an optimized listening environment” this year.
Attendees can experience the Déjà Vu demo at Syndicate of Sounds’ booth in the North Hall of the NAB Show.
