Workflow Corp. will soon launch a “white-label” offering called Digital as a Service. It is intended for radio stations that “require a robust digital presence but face challenges in selling, training and navigating the digital landscape.”
The Iowa-based company is the parent of the Radio Workflow and Traffic as a Service products.
“This new service, created in partnership with Advantage Systems Interactive, offers a comprehensive suite of digital products, including texting services, website design, geo-fencing, targeted display advertising, advanced digital advertising solutions, data analytics and reporting, and SEO,” the company said in its announcement.
These tools will be integrated into Radio Workflow’s platform, “enabling users to enhance their digital presence while clearly understanding their margins in real time.”
CEO Fletcher Ford said the service streamlines the digital sales process within station operations, from initial sale to commission payout. It enables sales teams to manage digital products on one platform, track sales and margins and ensure accurate, timely accounting.
Each product in the service is accompanied by a training platform within Radio Workflow. The products also can be integrated into a station’s website and rate cards.
