Dielectric announced that Kim Savage has been promoted to vice president of marketing and business services.
In a release, the company said the promotion took place in December as an expansion of its executive team. Savage will report to its president, Keith Pelletier. She will continue to head both marketing and business services and oversee team functions, while adding new responsibilities in business services as part of the role.
Pelletier credited Savage as a “driving force” behind showcasing the company’s strengths, including through the challenge of the broadcast repack. He said she has also been a large part of the company’s investment in the FM broadcast market. It saw an increase in FM radio sales last year, according to the release.

Savage has been with Dielectric since 1999, starting through a project management position with its then-owner, SPX Technology. In 2011, she was named its director of marketing and business services.
“Dielectric’s embrace of open opportunity and trust in the employees has always made this a great place to work,” Savage said. “There has always been encouragement from the top down to be creative and try new things.”
The release said that Savage expects to add more partners through Dielectric’s business services department through 2026. She also anticipates the pursuit of AI technology from third parties. The company said the technologies will eventually be tested for potential use in Dielectric’s broadcast and scientific markets, the latter of which typically order custom RF products including power dividers, transmission line and elbows.
