Orban Europe has named JAA Systems as master distributor for Southeast Asia.
Orban CEO David Day said this is an expansion of JAA’s work for Orban beyond Malaysia. “With their team’s past success in growing other leading broadcast brands in Southeast Asia, South Korea and Japan, we believe this partnership will significantly contribute to Orban meeting its growth goals.”
With the retirement of Peter Lee, Orban’s longtime SVP of global sales and European operations, the company is implementing a strategic restructuring of its global sales operations. The new structure aims to streamline distribution, improve regional focus and strengthen Orban’s presence in key markets, according to Day.
Orban Europe will oversee management for additional strategic territories across Asia including Australia, China, India and New Zealand, while also maintaining responsibility for European Union countries.
In Africa and the Middle East, Orban is in the process of selecting a new master distributor, which is expected to be announced this year. Orban Labs will retain management responsibilities for North and South America, ensuring continuity of service and sustained growth in these established markets.
