France’s Conseil supérieur de l’audiovisuel has announced that it is moving forward with the plan to continue the rollout of DAB+ radio from a report that it commissioned back in July of this year.
La Lettre Pro, this planned expansion will increase the total population receiving DAB+ to more than 20 percent.
According to
CSA is currently accepting nominations for stations and areas to be included in the expansion, with the selection occurring in the first quarter of 2016. The implementation of DAB+ in the selected locations is expected to take place in the fourth quarter of 2016.
