| Dixon Systems to Make and Distribute Torpey Products |

Toronto-based broadcast equipment manufacturer Dixon Systems has signed a licensing agreement with Torpey Controls & Engineering, also of Toronto, under which Dixon will have exclusive rights to make and distribute Torpey Time-branded products.
Torpey Controls is manufacturer of the Torpey Time line of clocks, displays and timer products.
Also within the agreement, Dixon Systems will maintain the Torpey dealer network and honor current warranties. Torpey’s eponymous founder, Bob Torpey, will remain in the picture as a product developer and consultant to Dixon, the companies said.
