As merger talk heightened this week, attention was drawn to Commissioner Deborah Taylor Tate.
“Tate somehow has achieved the feat of being a prominent federal official while giving away nearly nothing of her own views in her time on the FCC,” writes Heidi Moore in the Wall Street Journal’s Deal Journal.
