Dial Global Sports is on-scene for the biggest sporting event of the year, sending coverage back to its U.S. affiliates.
The organization is posting pix about its radio presence at the Olympics in London, showing Howard Deneroff, Joe Tolleson, Mike Eaby, Jim Gray and others, plus venues and other images. Check it out.
The radio network’s on-site operation is based within the International Broadcast Center at the Olympic Park, part of NBC Television’s 65,000 square feet space within the IBC (and indeed NBC legend Tom Brokaw already stopped by, seen in the pix today). Several control rooms and associated studios are being used by the radio network in addition to broadcast capabilities at five Olympic venues.
